Medicaid Fraud

When Medicaid is reviewing eligibility, it's counting on applicants being open, honest, and forthcoming with respect to their resources and any applicable gifts within the look-back. Failure to disclose any known asset or transfer is Medicaid fraud.

We discourage Medicaid fraud and will not represent a client who wants to engage in this conduct. Further, if we are aware of it, we must report it. Having said that, there are proper and legal ways to protect assets that don’t involve fraud. That’s why we’re here—to help you legally protect your assets while securing benefits without taking part in criminal fraud.
